Managing Your Account… – Account Manager
Clients are assigned an account director. They are responsible for overseeing the account, reporting back to you about any issues and keeping you up to date with company and industry information. They are also available for meetings and briefings when ever required.
Your appointed technical account manager would be responsible for quoting projects and progressing your order through the production procedure, from start to final delivery.
The account director and account manager would have daily meetings to discuss the account and to bring each other up to date with the progress of all current work. They would also discuss any issues that have arisen the previous day.
We use an industry standard MIS system to handle the day to day work load. Along with estimating, order processing, stock control and invoicing, we can also generate several types of reports about your projects if required . These can give you a statistical insight into the work placed with us.
Invoicing can be supplied to suit you, either as one job per invoice, or as multiple jobs per invoice.
Storage & distribution
Completed jobs can be delivered into our stock control system for subsequent call off. Depending on the volume some items will be stored offsite. Several reports are available to show call off patterns etc. A minimum stock level can be set and automatic reprints can be processed.
