If you have any questions about creating, saving or sending artwork, please call us on 020 8590 6800. When sending your artwork to Purple Results, there are a few steps which will ensure that we are able to process your artwork as quickly as possible.

File preparation
When supplying digital artwork please make sure that your file is complete and contains all elements including all fonts. It would be helpful if a PDF of the job could also be included for reference.
File transmission via email
Before emailing files please make sure you have the correct email address and the file size is not too large to be received.
File transmission via FTP
Please call us to arrange password and login details so you can upload
artwork onto our FTP site.
