Quality assurance
Your technical Account Manager would monitor and oversee the day to day production of all jobs or projects placed with Purple Results Limited. He would be responsible, for passing jobs on press to assure quality and consistency of your corporate identity.
During all production processes, printed sheets are quality tested at suitable intervals by the works manager, this insures consistency. After completion of your job and before despatch, we would randomly select samples from the entire order to check again for any quality issues.
Only after all these processes are complete, would we despatch your order.
During our weekly quality management meetings, any issues raised would be discussed and measures taken to assure they were not repeated.
